1, Product Character
GM30 series of powdered NBR are resin modifier ,which are specially for high molecular materials such as PVC modification, they have good compatibility with PVC resin. They can highly improve the oil; resistance, cold resistance and aging resistance performance in PVC products. They show high decentralism, easy operability, particles refining and other advantages.
2, Main Grades
GM30 series products adopts middle temperature polymerization reaction, get powdered NBR through special agglomeration technology which shows good low moony viscosity, slightly(half) crosslink and middle acrylonitrile content. There are three grades Customers can choose according to their own formula system and products requirements.

Basic Character | NBR is high temperature polymerized, half-crosslinked arylontrile butadiene rubber which has low mooney viscosity and middle ACN content. It uses special technology of agglomeration into powder. It shows good resistance to oil, heat, cold and solvent. It also has good compression resistance, ageing resistance and convenient machining property. |
Property Superiority | NBR is good PVC resin modifier agent. It has very good compatibility with PVC resin. They can mix together in certain percentage. NBR 35-1 can reach the machinery performance requirement of abroad similar products. It specially adapted in extrusive, injective and calendering goods. |
Application | NBR is mainly used in shoes, oil pipe, general gland strip, conveyer belt and so on. |
Application Guidence | According to different usage and different demand, the dosage of NBR 35-1 is viriable. When NBR35-1 mix with PVC resin, and the PVC needs to be plasticated, the plastication temperature should be lower than 40°C, then add the powdered NBR 35-1 and blend evenly. In the process of extrusion, we advice the process temperture be 120-170°C; In the process of calendering, we advice the process temperture be 150-170°C; In the process of injection, we advice the process temperture be 170-190°C. |
